This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products purchased from PMCwellness.
Shipping Methods and Timelines
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more (before tax). Free shipping applies to domestic U.S. orders only.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, please contact us at hello@pmcwellness.org.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pmcwellness.org with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, or if tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement.
