Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds, returns, and subscription cancellations for PMCwellness.

Physical Products

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • Items are in their original, unused condition
  • Items are in their original packaging (when applicable)
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at hello@pmcwellness.org with your order details.
  2. We will provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following physical products are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Custom or personalized orders

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement including return shipping.

Digital Content (Courses, Guides, and Workbooks)

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on one-time digital content purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction.

Non-Refundable Digital Items

  • Digital content accessed or downloaded more than 14 days after purchase
  • Content that has been substantially consumed (more than 50% of course modules completed)

Subscriptions (Premium Education & Premium Membership)

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member dashboard or by contacting us at hello@pmcwellness.org. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refund for New Subscriptions

If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not substantially used the subscription content, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment.

Completed Sessions

Completed one-on-one wellness coaching sessions are non-refundable, as the service has been fully delivered.

Payment Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@pmcwellness.org before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly, and direct communication often leads to a faster resolution.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion, considering:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevented access to content
  • Service unavailability or errors
  • Other special circumstances
