This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds, returns, and subscription cancellations for PMCwellness.
Physical Products
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- Items are in their original, unused condition
- Items are in their original packaging (when applicable)
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team at hello@pmcwellness.org with your order details.
- We will provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following physical products are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items missing original packaging
- Custom or personalized orders
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement including return shipping.
Digital Content (Courses, Guides, and Workbooks)
Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on one-time digital content purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction.
Non-Refundable Digital Items
- Digital content accessed or downloaded more than 14 days after purchase
- Content that has been substantially consumed (more than 50% of course modules completed)
Subscriptions (Premium Education & Premium Membership)
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member dashboard or by contacting us at hello@pmcwellness.org. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Refund for New Subscriptions
If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not substantially used the subscription content, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment.
Completed Sessions
Completed one-on-one wellness coaching sessions are non-refundable, as the service has been fully delivered.
Payment Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@pmcwellness.org before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly, and direct communication often leads to a faster resolution.
Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion, considering:
- Technical issues on our end that prevented access to content
- Service unavailability or errors
- Other special circumstances
